All ABWE Instructors are graded according to their experince with in the sport -
Grade 4 - Has extensive knowledge of the sport through long and continued involvement or participation in the running of the sport.
Grade 3 - Has shown the ability to improve horses and riders up to Advanced level. Has competed at a minimum of Inter A level or holds a National Judges qualificiation. Extesive knowlegdge of the rules.
Grade 2 - Has shown the ability to improve horses and riders up to Inter B Level and has competed in Working Equiation themsleves. Has good knowledge of the rules.
Grade 1 - Basic understanding of the rules and has completed an instructors course.
